Our Team

Robert is the Director and Lead Consultant at Fredma Business Services Inc. Born and raised a farm boy in Ghana, West Africa, he completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree at University of Cape Coast, Ghana, one of the rare seafront universities in the world. After a stint in the Ghanaian industry, he went on to pursue both Masters and Doctoral studies at Lulea University of Technology, Sweden. Robert is a certified member of the Institute of Certified e-Commerce Consultants, USA and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

His academic pursuit and working career have resulted in the privilege of living, consulting, teaching and developing Management and Marketing-related courses on four continents- Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. His numerous travels have offered him the rare opportunity to explore and experience how business and marketing is conducted internationally. This international experience has led Robert to extensive consulting on multinational consumer goods such as Unilever, Henkel and for petro-chemical companies such as SABIC. He has also conducted in-house training for private, public and not-for-profit organisations.

Robert is married to Martha and they have three kids. In 2013, they decided to come to Canada to raise their kids in a laid-back, friendly, and more socially-inclusive country. Outside of his professional persona, Robert tries to contribute to the development of Red Deer community by serving on various public and non-profit boards and committees. He is always looking for new challenges to conquer, and meaningful opportunities to help his community and its members meet their goals.

In his spare time, Robert enjoys traveling around with his family and thinking about the next great strategy for business and community building.
